In USA places like these are prime land right next to the lake. A total revamp would see a well built place where people can walk along the lake, filled with restaurants , hotels , recreational fishing or just riding on a boat, floating restaurant etc.

The road to dunga Beach looks nice zindabad to the governor, for sure this area has great potential for high class restaurants and resorts which will for sure put kisumu on the map as tourist destination, private developer take notes

i was on that road 3 months ago...and a puff adder was crossing the road into the reeds......dangerous
