Look at other games like Forza, Gran Turismo, and the Mud Runner games. They put so much effort and detail into every cars interior, so every car feels and looks unique. And that is done on the PS4/XBOX

Thank gods the exterior of the car looks cool enough (and basically a copy of the actual Rolls SUV) to make up for the crappy interior. I would have been fine with that interior if I could at least change the color like the Gallivanter Baller LE.

nah nightshark handles better , has smaller windows so less chance to get shot but juilbee literally also is as strong but has huge windows so makes you vulnerable but it can't get locked on by missiles

I got the non customization jubilee without the workshop. So you don't need the workshop to get a jubilee.

@@camiloserrano3472 yeah, I bought the Agency a few days before I got the workshop. You get an unarmoured Jubilee that is basically the same as the armoured one in terms of looks, but when you get a workshop, it armours it and gives it a few subtle features like a black grille etc
