Big fan of yours Chad. I watch a lot of your videos. This is one of my favorites so far I can’t wait to get a shop. You have already helped me plan so much. Long story short, I was in a motorcycle accident and it turned into a lawsuit about a year ago. My attorney told me I may be looking at about 25k here soon. I live in Fort Worth Texas and I was just wondering if you think that would be enough to get a shop going where I’m at. I have looked at lease options in my area and I have found a lot potential locations. All in strip malls, all next to either pizza, Chinese or a gas station. Rent is 1600-1900 for 1000-1500 sqft. My main concern is knowing if I will have enough money left for enough inventory after the buildout and lease/utility start up costs. My plan b is to spend a small portion of the settlement check on a flea market setup in order to save more money for the ultimate goal of a store. Sorry for the lengthy comment but I’d sure appreciate some direction. Thank you!!

Hi Chad, I've been trying to find a location to open a new smoke shop, and I have just found a few, but I'm not sure if that will be a good location for smoke shop. I saw your vdos you have Mentioned about what the good location for smoke shop, I do find one location that have all access as you mentioned in the vdo but I'm still little Concert about the location, would I able to share the location with and get your Opinion ?

Brothers I’m from California from bay area San Francisco. I wanna start this business but I’m scared because I got 50k max to spend and I talked to couple shop owners and they saying it’s not worth getting smoke shop anymore cuz so many laws are banning. Do you still think it’s still worth getting shop atm

honestly, right now the people you talked to are right. there's more shops popping up by convenient store owners plus people like you. if your prepared to work 60hrs a week, you might see a paycheck on occasion. 50 is a decent chunk but think of other overheads like insurance ect.

@adsingh4322 Sooooooooo, the long of it is you CAN do it with the right location. The short of it is finding it and every gas station and bodega around you not doing the same thing undercutting you at every step. Do you have patients, and can you stay the course to let it build? MOST CAN NOT.

I watch a lot of your stuff, have the money looking at opening a shop in a small town. Do you think 9 thousand people is big enough city to support a smoke/vape shop. There’s no other shop closes shop is about 1.5 hours away

I don't think THCA/D9 flower will be illegal tbh, THCA might get the same regulation as D9 (0.3% rule) if they delay legalization of regular Cannabis. However, there is such a huge market for THCA/D8/9 products on their own. Some people can't handle the potency of regular flower and the alt cannabinoids are a great solution. Its like saying beer will be banned because liquor gets people drunk enough.

SO.....You don't THINK that states will want the higher tax on WEED but would just rather accept the sales tax on THCA? Get real. Get very real. I have been in this industry on both sides for 33 years. Don't kid yourself.
