You can really tell this car was designed by the same person that designed the F1. From the front end and the bonnet shape, to the seating position, it's basically just a modernised McLaren F1, and I love it

For me, the T50 made me fall in love with the McLaren F1 again. The fact that the F1 hit 240 mph in a road car with a naturally aspirated engine in the 1990s is insane. It still insane today. Love that Gordon Murray took inspiration from the F1 and improved on it. Also 4:15 blue and orange look good in my opinion because of the Gulf Oil livery which also appeared on the McLaren F1 GTR

The sound of Gordon Murray T50 in Motorfest probably gonna sound like a mix of Saleen S7 and Red Bull RB2.

They're able to make it sound accurate. Some cars in the game really does sound like they're real life counterparts (the 5 cylinder Focus RS for example) Now I just hope they'll put an actual effort to make it sound right. But with how they recently corrected the sound of some cars in the game with the season 2 update, we know at least that they're trying to make it right.

Maybe but the real answer is color theory. Blue and orange are opposites in the color wheel, thus creating the best contrast between them. Other examples: red and green, yellow and purple

The first fan car I ever heard of and drove in a game was the Chaparral 2J 1970 race car, which only lasted for one season because McLaren protested that they had an unfair technical advantage. 😢

Yep. The Chaparral 2J. One of the most OP cars in Gran Turismo 4 to 7. On GT4, it frequently appears as the main opponent in American Race Car Championship.

Complimentary actually refers to colors adjacent to the original color either in hue or saturation. Opposite colors are considered "Contrasting" and both Contrasting and Complimentary color groupings can result in Aesthetically Pleasing paint jobs

Playground Games: Here's a T.50 for Crew 2... also, its missing 2,100rpm... it revs to 12,100; not 10,000. T.33 revs to 11,000 with no fan.

Meanwhile, in Forza Motorsport and FH5, the car has the wrong gear shifting animation/no animation. So they're both at fault. Edit: TC2 also has the wrong shifting animation. How!? How can they both forget one of the main features of this car like that!?

Sounds like they made the T50 paddle shift which is so incorrect Edit: both versions of the T50 should go to 12,100, but that might just be a crew thing

I could really use some help so I just bought the crew motorfest and I bought whatever the most expensive one was and it said it comes with the year 1 pass but when I go into the game and try to get the 2 year 1 hoonigan cars it just keeps bringing me to the store to buy the year 1 pass and says you have already purchased this. So any advice would be really helpful

There's no downside to doing it, you still keep your cars on crew 2 after the transfer, and besides whatever liveries you had, all customization (vanity items too) will transfer over as well.

Yeah, when they have the correct animations (for shifting mostly) or are not bugged, Motorfest cockpit animations are amazing. Can't wait to have the T.50 in Motorfest to drive it with my G29 with manual gear shifting in cockpit view

Not that insane actually. TC2 had a lot of exclusive cars incorporated to the game during it's life. If I'm not mistaken, it got the new Bugatti and koenigsegg models before everybody else (except Asphalt). So not really surprising. However, the T.50 absolutely needs to be added in GT7.

@@BlackPanthaa It should be much better in TCM. This is just old TC2 sounds repurposed, as it is just the generic TC2 V12 revving higher than usual. All the TC2 cars added to Motorfest with the Hoonigan update had completely redone audio. Which is also likely why they release these later in Motorfest, since they are made for TC2 and need a fair bit of work to match Motorfest quality.
