I always say Ghanaians don’t know the reason they vote. To most Ghanaians 7th December every 4 years is el Classico between NPP and NDC. My party wins I’m happy I jubilate and that ends it. Whether I starve or die come next four years there will be another Classico. The way we vote to keep enriching those in politics and don’t demand anything from them and curse those who seek to demand better livelihood from the government is mind boggling. Why will I fight for trotro every morning and every and still think it’s wise to vote Why can I even afford an entry level private school and still want to vote for someone who’s child attends and elite level private school paying dollars when without my vote that person would have been a no body. Why can’t I afford to build or buy a decent 2 bedroom apartment and still think it is wise to vote for someone who own mansions as a result of my vote Why can’t i afford a decent living where I can afford at least a 2 squared meals with my children and even afford to travel outside my region of abode to another for a weekend with my family and still want to vote for someone who’s children fly abroad every summer. Why cant I afford a common home used Toyota Corolla but want to vote for someone driving a v8 by virtue of my vote. I can go on and on and on There are so many ills in our country let’s start demanding the best for government and not what they think it’s best for us. I am not voting
