They tell you the item is shipped and sends you a tracking number which takes you to a real shipping companies website but the tracking number is a invalid number. You send multiple emails and they never respond. They are a scam.

@stefankierepka6255 when did you pay for it? If it's within 60 days you can call you credit card company and tell them that you didn't get your product and they will do there investigation and refund your money. Make sure you call the credit card company you used through apple app.
