@-PUNX- it's a good thing you mentioned the opinion part, and he's not everyone's favorite because Rengoku fans hate him for obvious reasons(one survived and the other didn't against a common enemy). But I was referring to the game on this comment and Gyomei is not in the game.

@@sagenb I see, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I thought you were referring to the anime. Question though, why do rengoku fans hate him? (Spoilers) 1st. They both die anyways so what's the point? 2nd. Gyomei is objectively stronger then rengoku, and you have to remember that Akaza almost killed both Tanjiro and giyu by himself. I could keep going but I'll spare you of the details.
