Another issue I experience before the winter. As I was waiting at an intersection, I change gear and accelerate quickly. The rear wheel just lockup because the chain end up between the motor and the tallest gear. The derailler just get destroyed. Even the chain got bent. After removing the gear assembly I was able to use the bike on electric mode only. Thankfully, the replacement parts were easy to find on Ali and I fix it up. After 3 months of usage I still don't know how this happen.

You are correct regarding the lectric 1.0 , that is why I kept it but, I did get the xp 3.0 for the reason s you mentioned, this one has the features but the service from was excellent when ever I needed it. Thanks for the review and look forward to more. 👍

There is a huge cult following of the XP 1.0 and people have been dissapointed that they have not brought back 20" x 4" tires. Now you can get it with major upgrades in the F3.

last year I bought Gotrax f2 and guess what I notice bike carrier screw is missing and I chat with customer service and I got my bike parts after 3 weeks big But wrong part um.....!

I got an F2 last summer. Sadly I had an issue with the battery immediately. The service was pretty good. They send me a new battery ... which was dead. After receiving two more, they all were dead and worst they didn't fit inside the bike. So I gave up. They seems to have problem with the Chinese supplier. No more Gotrax for me.

What they can improve is supply more specs to reviewer. Id not buy because rim diameter not stated, tyre specs should include rim diameter. Outter printed numbers sometimes match nothing sadly. Without rim diameter? i'm not playing find out, im playing push the next button. Nice looking bike, folding so convenient.

Fat tire stuck you can't take them on the bus Grantham because that one's foldable you can but most of them don't fit in the bike racks

Would love to know if this fits in the trunk of a Model 3. I feel like that should be part of your tests!
