Fun fact: The reason why it is so ass is because there is a cooldown before it can hit a target a second time and that cooldown is much slower than the repeat cast rate. Basically, for every three fp consuming tics, the spell can only hit the same target once, meaning if you hold it, it consumes three times as much fp or does only a third of the damage that it should, depending on how you look at it.

Knights lightning spear does 37 poise damage fully charged Its an invisible spell so no enemy input reads it Its buffed by The lightning tear and scorpion charm+35% Godfrey icon +15% (when charged) Priestess heart +20% Both canvas talismans +12% And Gravel stone seal +15% (x2 possible +30%) And then any body and aura buff which you have access to the two best Howl +25% (body) Golden vow spell +15% (aura)

It's not a bug, it just has no ability to proc any status implemented. It is literally unfinished.

The frenzy incantation has its usage in proccing madness for Aged ones exultation and black dumpling. It's at least useful. The porcupine Incantation has its usage in larger enemies, so using it on metyr is the only instance it is good. I'm surprised that you couldn't find spiraltree seal and staff of the great beyond. The latter is a special one as it can be a catalyst for both sorceries and incantations.

Though the furious blades are pretty cool as an incantation, there's only one thing that holds it back, and that's that, at least in this current patch, it is bugged. You can't bleed with it, sadly. It deals fire damage. Good fire damage. But it doesn't bleed at all, so I hope they fix that.

I did incants only for my first dlc run and of all the new ones, I was so disappointed with the Romina one. I ran some tests vs Malenia’s bloom and it seemed to have about a third of the rot build up for the exact same fp cost.

KLS is so busted because it's not a *Fire* Knight incantation. It's a DEATH Knight incantation. IE... a Dragon Cult incantation. Most incantation damage boosts in the game babyyyyyyyyyy 💪 Everyone who mained casters said it was nearly impossible to do Radahn with a spell that wasn't Impenetrable Thorns, but used a +1 Talew to tank a few early hits and then killed him with 3 charge shots phase one and 5-ish in p2. Def possible w/o summons.... but yeah it's still pretty rough to kill Radahn as a pure caster. Only halfway through the video btw, curious how many attempts Consort is going to take lmao.

I've used both of Bayles spells/attacks and I feel that the on roar one is far better of the two. The claw(as you noticed) takes way too long to use and doesn't really do as much damage as it should. Can't wait to see your sorcery only run(I'm curious if you'll wind up relying on the thorns 😅
