I definitely think you should make the balcony a cool hang-out spot. Some nice chairs, maybe a small dance floor. Like a tiny teen club lol. Also, you can make that open space into like a mini virgin bar. Like a small lounge area. For whenever, company or friends come over.

If you have the mod to add more students from that one creator, I forgot their name but you have to add a second lunch counter so two lunch workers come. There’s a package file with the mod to add a second lunch person. That’s the only way it’ll work.

What I did was using MCCC to copy paste my premade teen sims to literally all maxis teen sims in game so I don't have to see any maxis hanging around my sims at school lol

I think you should remove the tv from the living room and decorate it really nice like one of those living room that’s really just for show , & the space upstairs should be another living room for the teens with a tv and mini fridge and stuff .
