That is nice! Man Kizer never fails to impress. Kizer has become hands down my favorite manufacturer. If I had to only buy from one company for the rest of my life, it would be Kizer, their diversity of models is amazing. Back to the PPY. First off I like the difference in color between the scales and the bolster. Kizer does a phenomenal job of seamlessly matching the two. They are two separate pieces but finished so well you can not detect any seam, they feel like one solid composition. Next, fantastic action due to quality bearings and the great design. Speaking of design, I love how many of their knives, including this one have a cut out for the pocket clip to be secured to. No mushrooms sicking up, to tear wear you pants getting the knife in and out. Kizer does Not cheat the customer, they use D shaped pivots to make disassembly and reassembly a breeze. Attention to detail people!!!! This as are many of Kizers knives a "Budget" option only because of the price. They are not budget in quality. How they keep price down on these amazing knives I will never know. Thank you Kizer for producing some of the best knives at very reasonable prices. And thank you Beez for bringing these wonderful offerings to our attention. (sorry if I highjacked the comments with this long post)

Aesthetics count. If a knife looks good, people want it, but it has to cut well too and hold up to use and abuse. With Its 154cm blade and micarta scales and everything else it offers, it's a winner. It kinda has a retro style like the old Barlows we carried when we were kids.

Ok, here it is 3 days since my last comment. I ordered the PPY from Mojave Outdoors on Amazon after watching your video. I received it 2 days later. What a great knife. I love it. So glad I bought this one. Thank you for reviewing it and making so many of us aware of it. So many light and medium duty uses for this knife. I highly recommend this one but you should act soon. This is one of those knives you’re gonna see “sold out” next to the picture.

Just picked one of these up today. It is sweet. Beautiful action, sold lockup and release. Laser sharp and even sharper after I stropped it. All in all a beautiful looking knife with great performance.

I measured it several times, but I'm not an expert by any sense of the imagination. I calibrate my calipers and measure right behind the bevel, up and down the the blade. I zero-out the calipers between each measurement also. That's the best that I can do. Thank you for the input brother.
