I have sent you an email on the problem but here is a shorter version. When you upload a video, the KZbin server uploads fast, but 2K/4K takes a while. It starts off at 360p since it uploads faster, at first. If you scheduled your video. That also can be the problem. As it can put low quality with how fast you post it before it fully uploads. Just as the other reason. Hope you have figured out your problem after what info I have sent and there are tutorials for help on this.
