Was just coming back to post this. So far this was the only use of her name in the revived show. It was used maybe half a dozen times during the original Laugh-In series, usually in an impossible-to-offend context like the name of the junior high school where they set a PTA sketch.

I think they shot them all from June-July 1977. The end of 1977 was when Robin Williams filmed his Happy Days episode with Mork.
