100% of the bounce damage is saying 100% of the damage the bounce did (which was the 40% of weapon damage) right? Like its saying, you retain 100% of the bounced damage. In your example at 3:38 the dummy on the right receives the bounce at 312 damage, and the rebound is also 312 damage (100% of the bounced damage).

pants are not bugged skill was changed to use allie bounce to trigger bounces over bouncing off of the gorund or anything its trigger priority ! it goes target > enemies AKA adds > allies > nothing remove enemies and it itll bounce to allies remove both and itll bounce off of the ground or anything it can find if nothing itll self bounce on target

I tested it myself, is superior for fights that have a lot of adds that can trigger the bounce but is very lacking in damage compare to shrapnel if it is single target boss fight.

Devs are gonna nerf this because this one works in a way it should not. I wouldnt recommend investing starchom on this build. Its gonna get fixed next patch 100%. This build is already making waves on chinese OH forums.

"BEST ENDGAME BUILD - M416 SILENT ANABASIS" means the best endgame build for the gun M416, not that it's the best overall. Boom boom and kuma, its debatable which is better imo but they're both in S tier for pve.

Though the +1 trigger bounce pants does help if there's alot of mobs but when 1v1 with boss (correct me if i'm wrong) it does less damage as there's not enough mobs for it to bounce from.

I dont want to be negative but in a game where every stat is a lie calculating it is not possible. I play Path of Exile where theory crafting works because the damage and multipliers are not just random lies on weapons but actual calculations. Here you either play and test it and ignore the stats or believe the stats and dont know why your build doesnt work as it should be.

i calculated every single stat in the game, it matches. the servers suck and proc buffs at different times. you have to include everything. cradle, mods, food buffs and have to understand where the buffs multipliers go, you fuck around until you find out

How would the damage be without the fortress melee/bullseye though? Getting tired of having to use that for good damage and part of me is wishing they'd make the effects only work for the weapons giving the effects. Or at least diminish their impact on other weapons performance so that combined they'd be at most a 10% boost during the burst. I miss in the early days of the game, before I knew of the damage bonus from doing it, where I'd have a melee weapon cause I liked what it did and a secondary ranged weapon that complimented my main weapon by shoring up weaknesses. The damage bonus on other weapons from fortress and bullseye just feel too big, I say have their effect on other weapons and change how vulnerability works or change the mod completely

@@leahime7141 True 40-50k is fine, but what I don't like is the massive spike in burst you get from it. I think a 20% increase during the effects are more than fine for other weapon types and then just maybe add some stronger effects on the bullseye/fortress warfare weapons themselves to make up for it. But this is more than triple damage. Tempted to just go bullseye main and skip having to use it for burst till they hopefully change how powerful it is as a support weapon or something, or I get tired of the game and only running one weapon. Cause while I can limit my need for min-max, I can't do to the degree of not needing a 200% increase in first mag dps diarrhea. You don't add fortress warfare in the guide itself, no, but you do in the showcase. Either leading to confusion about what people are doing wrong since they can't hit the same numbers or leading them to wonder about what you're doing with the axe, with no information given about it. Semantics I know, but I recon many people watching the guides, do so because they don't know the things we take as common knowledge :P

builds in this game are garbage, you always need to calculate your own damage based on mod substats u recomend an item, i equipp something different, but with better substats, and i do 10% more damage mods are RELATIVE, all depend on SUBSTATS YOU GET
