here is the list of things you get depends on location. roadsides(especially near small monuments)= Road sign comp, Road sign armor set parts. Lake/River=Sword, comps, bucket, metal, horse shoe. Forests= metal tools, jackhammer(Very Rare I've had 2 sets of tools and still yet to find). Fields(especially closer to road)= Coffee can Helm, Ammo, Revolver, Semi auto pistol. Beach=can foods and water jug. In-between biomes of above^^= metal frags(20+), HQM(2-5) pistol ammo and 5.56.

@@CreativeDrone Its probably based on the tier level. On maps there is a tier level 0, 1, 2 which determines where higher tier monuments spawn on procedural generation. Typically, the farther away from spawn you are the higher the tier is however it is not a gradient (gradual) scale it is a definitive area that is drawn in.

I think 5/6 hours for a tier 3 is not that broke tbh. You could deffinatly farm a tier 3 quicker. Also selling p2's and revos for scrap will soon not be a meta as everyone will have them from this so it will balance out over time. I think its a good tool for early game but once you are setup there are much more efficiant ways to gather mats.

It’s a solo tool, groups and zergs will still take over monuments and snowball. This is a great tool for the solo to make gains.

Would be interesting if anything that gets dropped on the ground and despawned enters the metal detector loot table so you COULD find an AK, if someone dies and lost their AK on the ground somewhere. Shouldn’t need to be in the area it despawned, just make it pop up anywhere if it despawned.

Make a compound and you can never leave your base again. This will be a solo’s dream. And to be fair zergs are getting tier 3 in like an hour of wipe. The fact facepunch gave you a tool to earn tier 3 in like 8-10 hours as a solo seems pretty much leveling the playing field. I doubt we are going to see zergs using this because they will just continue to take over monuments.

In Console you can't place a map marker that I know of so if you don't put your stash box right beside a bag you'll never find it again 😅

@@JonBonCat I don't know how to do that in this thread. All I know is when you place a stash box there's no map marker on map for it and If there is a way to place a map marker at one point I don't know how to do it only thing that I see that shows up on the map is the bags and where you died.
