Is there an option to buy a ticket for a month maybe, or like 15 days? And also, when taking the buses and trams, the validation needs to happen only for the first ride? Every ride there after until the last one doesn't need validation?

Yes, you can buy in Metro stations - either in the vending machine or in the tabacchia. Validation in Metro happens every time you enter or exit the platform. Not mandatory in buses/trams after the first validation.

Yes. It functions the same as regular tickets. Just that is way lot cheaper than getting an individual ones.
