To answer your question Monakage, Universal Tree Goku is when Goku was fighting this evil bird powered by a tree which absorbed the universes energy and when the evil bird dude tried to attack Goku, Goku converted the energy into his own while in Super Saiyan Blue and got this form which is why he's called Universe Tree Goku in Mugen, and the form is called Universal Blue by the fandom

When ever they get stuck press ctrl + I to reset them in the sense that they return to ground level in case they are stuck doing an action or outside the battle zone.

you need to find the reset button for the mugen so that when a character is glitched you could place them back to the starting position but with the same health before the reset button also we need to see sun jin woo in a video

Gear 5 Luffy is LITERALLY a cartoon character. Like as in, when he gets hit in the manga the characters physically see stars above his head, he runs on air and generates fire when he does, etc. He has loony tunes SFX because he is straight out of loony tunes. Idk why it bothers you so much though
