My infinus mag is fine but the top auto loader thing usually jams the bullets.

My infinus jams all the time and it pokes holes in my darts too and mine only shoots a few darts and get jammed

my kid’s copy of this toy does not fire...the trigger switch is not correct. it shoots when i pull back and upward. m debating between exchange or open it to fix it.

Don't open it to fix it. Modern nerf like this is all computers and printed circuit boards. There's nothing you can repair. Exchange it and you'll get a brand new and functioning one. These problems occur, but aren't very common

That could be a number of things. Either one of the locks aren't working and are stuck open, or the computer in the blaster is malfunctioning itself. Either way, there isn't much you can do since it uses a computer to manage everything unlike a spring-powered blaster, which can be opened and fixed quite easily.

Right - yeah I understood. It really sucks, but that's your best option honestly

Keep the mag fully wound for like a week straight, or take it out, get it really hot and squish the spring. You're welcome.

Ended up exchanging it. The 2nd model had no problems and continues to be reliable. That may fix the drum being stiff, but the real problem was a result of an electronic malfunction, causing it to straight up drop the mag for no reason. this would happen randomly and the mag would drop while the blaster would sit.

KnexPäerdz my gun wouldn’t feed either so I wind the cartridge thing to loosen it up. Now it works. Man I felt like i wasted money but it’s working now lol.
