My car is running uprated pumps in the stock basket, i'm getting ECUTEK fuel cut issues once the fuel is over 40 ish degrees...I'm thinking or going visconti setup like you have - Will I need a retune if I use my existing pumps in the visconti setup ?

If your fuel trims are abnormally high and it is due to a fuel delivery issue (fuel pump side of things) this can definitely address the problem. A log review is necessary and retune possibly.
