I wish it wasn't limited, since i wanted to grind on some cheaper boats also, to have more fun, cause if i get Olympic, then i'll be leaser motivated to get the cheaper boat due to the fact i would have a cooler one already, but the thing is i don't want to lose the opportunity to get Olympic either! Cause idk if it will ever come back.

I hadn't thought about it like that, it definitely does mess with the game's normal progression. I think I'd still try get the Olympic because it definitely won't come back, but if you don't you might still be able to get it later through trading.
