You three are such an adorable, lovable, beautiful family. Thank you for sharing yourselves with us. My most memorable moment with my son. My wife had a long labor, and right after he was born, she got to see him, hold him for a minute, she ended up passing out from exhaustion. They took my son and I down to the nursery, and after they did a few things, they wrapped him up, sat me in a rocking chair, and gave him to me. I had this wonderful time sitting there rocking our newborn son, and feeling such an overwhelming love for him. It was incredible, permanently etched in my heart. He's 30 now, and still telling and thinking about that time brings tears to my eyes and I'm right back in that moment, feeling so much love. So don't ever apologize for kissing your son, there is no such thing as too much love.

I have a 6YO son, 3YO daughter, and 2 month old son. Every night I *still* check to make sure they are all breathing. My favorite thing about my kids is the love they have for one another. They have a unique bond and I get to watch them love on each other every day.

I don't have any children, I am 19, but when I was in middle school, about 12-13 I raised my little sister, my mother worked till like 12 am and my dad didn't get home till late. So I took it on. An My favorite thing about my little sister, is when she smiles and enjoys hanging and singing with me, during choir practice .

First of all, between the two of y'all with your videos of singing at 3 in the morning have helped put my daughter at ease to go back to sleep, so I have to thank both of you for that. Second, you are both amazing people with the sweetest baby ever! Being a single mom, is way difficult than some think. I didn't receive any kind of child support or government assistance, I worked a full time job and was a full time college student just trying to make it on my own financially. I had the help of watching my little girl while I worked and had school, I didn't know what I would do without them, here recently I started talking to her daddy again, and we have gotten married. He and I had our differences, so we decided to break up, he wasn't involved with us at all, but then his family made him realize he needed his daughter to help better himself and so here we are today as a big happy family so I'm not on my own anymore

So my favorite thing about my kids (I have 5, ages 7-17), is that even though they all have the same parents, they are each so individual! It's wonderful to celebrate their individual strengths. I also love how they care for and about each other. I also even love it when they fight/argue (which is lessening as they are all getting older). Being a mom is the best thing ever. What I love about Ashland, is his amazing Mommy and Daddy! And those cheeks...nursing baby cheeks are awesome. :)

Our daughter, Paisley, is 16 days old. I agree, it's so hard to pick your favorite thing! But I think mine is either, like Peter, when she holds onto my finger, or after I nurse her when she's sleeping and she gets these incredible smiles. It just melts my heart. Even at 3 am when I'm feeding her and all I want is to sleep. But she's a really good sleeper at night and gives me anywhere from 4-7 hour stretches. That's also one of my favourites.

I have two girls. My oldest is 4 almost 5 and she is the sweetest human being. She thinks of every one before herself and she is so compassionate. My other is 3 months old and she is the happiest baby ever! I love the way she smiles with her eyes! I am a nursing mom also its hard work but so rewarding! The hardest part is the growth spurts and cluster feeding

Enjoy the snuggles and moments you have to hold him now. Those days fly by so fast!

Can't believe how big he has gotten... :D Peter you are such a great Dad, the bouncing and shushing in the ear has worked for the last 2 kids.. What a head of hair he has.. Greatest thing I loved about my youngest as a baby.. she came home from the hospital and slept through the night and continued too.. 10pm to 7am what sleep.. and now that she's almost 11.. she is the joy of my life still.. I like her fiery spirit.. she is a true Scorpio.. not afraid to tell you what she thinks feels etc..

My qualifications are a Mother of three and now a grandma of three, we had a lot of family time, my husband was a musician on weekends we made family time we played music and sang, besides video nights etc. I now have the most beautiful three daughters who work hard are kind and generous, they never got into any trouble and I am so proud of them all.

I have to boys age 2 and 8, and one of the things I love most is their interactions. My oldest kid will do just about anything to make his little brother laugh. So he´ll make funny faces and goof around while his brother laughs and laughs which only encourages him to make even funnier stuff. It's the best. Btw I did the "checking se if his breathing" a lot with the youngest. He was premature and had trouble breathing on his own in the beginning, so I would wake up many times during the night and go check if he was breathing. Better safe than sorry.

Take pictures every day. They grow way too fast. You have a cherish every moment. These videos are going to be invaluable later on in his life, because you'll be able to look back on all this. :) And take lots of pictures of him with grandparents too, because sadly, they wont be around forever, and you want him to be able to remember them when he's older. I say this because my mom passed away at the beginning of this year and my son is only 6. I really regret not having more pictures of them together. She was sick for most of his life but it still was unexpected. You just never know how much time you have with someone, so remember to always cherish the time you have to it's fullest. Sorry I got so grim; no one wants to think of these things, but having lots of pictures and videos will let him remember them and how much they loved him. Sorry, I'm emotional. I love your videos; you're such a lovely family.

Nice series of videos. So much stuff I can relate to. My favorite thing about our son is the twinkle in his eyes and his smile at that moment he knows you're about to do something he finds incredibly funny and will laugh so hard about with that cute child's giggle. I'm glad I can honestly say I never got pooped on by my little boy. Pee rarely too. The secret? Keep the new diaper ready underneath the old, and cover the baby's 'parts' with a cotton cloth(old fashioned diaper) while cleaning his bum.
