I love mine, only thing I don’t like is if you perfectly match the inlet holes on the base to the hole on the glass, it’s slightly off centered. The hole in the base is so wide so you can move it in place and still have the airway, it’s just bothersome to me after spending $420+…is yours like this also?

sounds like manufacturing tolerances flaw. These things happen when you have machines doing near everything. Id contact support they will likely swap you out, or get it fixed for you.

Two of my friends have similar numbers across their peaks and we have 12 pros in total. It’s user error majority of the time. If you treat it like you spent 400$+ on it then they last.

Great but for the price it doest last long and the service is slow .. Has 2 year warranty on the base but youll exhaust 1 month just on shipping / production time and if something is wrong with it you wont see your device for at least a few weeks to a month. Carta 2 is half the price is works great but if i were to purchase puffco again i would buy their puffco peak pro again. Nothing but issues out of the box. Very disappointing, I love my OG peak and it never gave me so much as a hiccup but this New Pro has had issues with the app, issues with the 3D chamber, and these issues have persisted after cleanings and factory resets and everything. This new version has some bugs that need to be worked out before I could recommend it.

Comes with the 3D chamber and joystick cap, the last version of the pro didn’t come with them. I think the glass piece has slightly better percolation too with more slits at the bottom.

So its a pro with all the good accessories now standard. A new joystick carb (30 dollars on your website), a 3d chamber ( 75 dollars on your website), and new glass(120 on your website). All for only 20 bucks more than the old pro. So if someone like me got a pro less than 2 months ago. My options are to buy over 100 dollars in upgrades that cost you less than 20 bucks to manufacture, all of which would have been standard if i had waited a few months. Or spend 420 on a new peak all together? Sweet.
