haha - I get that question a lot. Basically audit. My belief is that you should audit each lead that comes in. Whats the next step with them, when will you reach out to them again, what campaign are you setting them up on, etc...

Can you switch back the view to old UI?

Yes... top right hand corner. Click on your profile picture and there will be an option that says "Switch to Original People Page"

Don’t like the new people view. It will not let you apply filters to the new leads in lead pond. Only to people you have already claimed. Fatal design flaw.

I've got admin rights so I was able to. I'll have to play with it with admin rights turned off

@@EliteAgentSystems ok yeah it's very weird. Already sent a message to Lofty waiting to hear back myself. I need to be able to filter all the incoming leads by zip code (saved filter)
