The food at the hall looks great will definitely try on my next visit. I ate at the Aria buffet before Covid and it was just alright. My grade would be a B+. At the carving station I asked the employee if they had any prime rib. The dude just glared at me and barked, "NO!". Geez, ok.... I guess we're drinking tonight." LOL

That ramen was seriously lacking in broth. You can't even see it from the camera angle. I should be up to the top of the noodles not hiding way underneath. First it's resort fees. Now, cutting back on the broth

Couple questions. 1. Can you charge food to your Aria hotel room? 2. How do you know when to pick up your food if your order at the kiosk?(we are not from the US and won't have a cell phone).

The Kiosk prints out a receipt that will have your Order # on it. I've eaten there twice! I love the food! Sometimes there is a Greeter at the entrance that might be able to help guide you.

So as far as the hand rolls go, do they not allow you to simply order from the chef and then take your hand roll to one of the tables? If they don’t allow that, that seems to go against the entire premise of the food court. To me, the great thing about the food court is that four people can walk in there and order from four different places and then all sit together and eat their food. But if I’m dead set on eating a hand roll and they make me sit at their bar, then I won’t be able to sit with the rest of my group.

It looks like more and more hotels on the strip are converting their buffets into mall style food courts. I'm not sure if this will work in the long run.

Buffets are usually seen as an amenity to bring in people to gamble. They don't make a whole lotta money from them.

The Signature Seoul Chicken Sandwich was delicious, and I'm not really a sauce person. The sauce didn't seem overly sweet, and the chicken stayed crunchy. Maybe the double chicken threw the ratio of sweet to savory off? Great video, lots of food. The sushi looks like a must try!
