Great improvement, Mike, but I still think this filter still missing one very frequent used feature - the 'Select Only one Value' function with an option to set a default value or not. I know there is 'similar' feature implemented in Field setting. But still, why not in filter though? In addition, the existing Select Only One value of qlik forced all filter that using the field to have a value selected to begin with in the entire app at ALL TIMES, it is not possible e.g. if I want the same field as filter in another sheet but allow multi selection values.

Good to hear we can do more pruning and tuning of the list boxes! One downside of this update is that my CSS formatting does not work anymore for the listboxes. I use .qv-collapsed-listbox .title-wrapper{background: #018B72; } to change the background. Did the object name change?

Hello Mike! What does the histogram checkbox do? I still can quite understand the purpose of those mini charts that it shows.

Hi Row - it shows the number of times that value is present in the data. The frequency if you will. It gives you a quick summary of the most present and the least present values and all in between - can easily help point out outliers or problems in the data too. Let me know if this helps. - Mike T

Hi Kailash - this is our Qlik Cloud edition (SaaS) but from what I am being told, the new filter object will be in the May quarterly release for on-prem - thanks for your comment / question - Regards, Mike T

Collapsed filter panes used to show "Search in listbox" after being clicked on, this is not the case anymore, they need to be clicked on and then clicked again on the search icon to open "Search in listbox". Is there a way to show "Search in listbox" for collapsed filter panes by default like before? By the way the filters in the selection bar still show "Search in listbox" immediately after a click, only the filter panes have lost this ability.

Nice one! How about also making it possible to display as slider. That would be perfect when filtering on values so you can easily set ranges for e.g. price of a product etc.

Hi Daniel - thanks - I think a new slider may be coming - but the current slider object is in the dash board bundle as you may know and works well.
