An awful lot of space with everyone catered for at the sacrifice of the green bowlers - mainly the silver-haired brigade - whose pleas to keep the bowling green fell on deaf ears. Those who have lived and worked and paid their taxes to the Borough for years. Disgraceful, disrespectful and disappointing.

I f you read the email you'd have seen ''The opening of dry-side facilities at Rivermead in July will be followed in summer 2024 by the two new swimming pools, alongside splash pads for younger users.''.
