I LOVE my Seat Arona and this is my experience with Seat Workshop. I wanted to make an appointment for a revision and the day that I wanted wasn't available and I asked the price, this gentlemen said for changing the break oil is around 70-80€ (I said ok, I will call back in few minutes after checking my calendar). After checking my callendar few minutes after I called again and this time a woman answer (Seat Comatur Ciudad Real) this time the price was 80-90€! In the end she said 85€. So less than 10 minutes later is 15€ more expensive??? How is this posible?!? I hate people being greedy.

Ok, I will send an email explaining what happened. But, please don't tell me that the first one who picked the phone, didn't knew the prices there... When that IS what he does every day for living!

Eventually I had the appointment, they change it that liquid for brakes... it was around 74€ (took them less than 35 minutes to do all) and I asked them to check the steering, because it makes a noise every time when I move the steering wheel to left or right. I'm guessing it needs some vaseline somewhere under hood and the girl that did all my car's paperwork said that the mecanic couldn't do anything because everything is fine and he didn't hear anything (that is simply impossible to not hear it, when is that loud and it makes it every time you touch the steering wheel). That noise is way too obvious, so I guess is more easy to lie instead of actually do something about it. As a small disclaimer she added: - If is something from the factory and is happening to more cars in the future, they will give me a call... Yeah right! So... bla... bla...bla... and in the end problem NOT solved. P.S 1 : My partner's car is 14 years old (that is different brand) and it doesn't make any similar noise when she moves that steering wheel and mine that is still "a new car" in theory with LESS than 4 years old sounds like an old cargo ship... P.S 2: I'm ashamed of the sound that it makes when I'm in the parking lot, I HOPE that others outside of the car won't hear it as well! I'm NOT OK with this SEAT!
