You missed two important moments: 1) when you first assembled it legs up, you connected whole circle, which you should not do. It should be done in 6 sections. Otherwise, it would be nice to see how you flipped the whole thing )) 2) you didn't mentioned that spring top straps better to be tied in bows then in knots, since manufacturer recommends to remove it in winter (otherwise, it will void warranty)
