I just got it why they hanged it there instead of continuing, if you notice seeing jinwoo everywhere is her imagination so this meeting also her imagination becuz she was thinking about jinwoo too much and wished to meet and also we saw her her closing eyes so she kinda fell asleep and when she wakes up she'll be infront of that shadow we saw in starting. The author hanged it becuz maybe they wanted us to figure it out ourselves what happened (the author does it with every story)
