I often run both, but drilling site can be a pain if playing a deck with no draw

Arvus Lighter is not as good as most people think. Draw one card: You just spend 1 energy doing nothing as your hand size doesn't change. Heal 2: Rarely matter unless you are playing against aggro. Refill 2 energy: Why not just take Drilling Site then?
