For exotics, what they should do is increase the Eagle Bearers Stability by 20% by swapping the +10% Handling on the Grip to 30% Stability, Else: they could change the Requirement from Tenacity Talent from Headshotkills to Kills and turn down the Timer from 15sec to 10sec

Tbh never had a problem controlling the Eagle. But i do agree with a body kill verse headshot kill. It is one of the harder guns to control granted so would help those who have trouble keeping it stable.

The icon over enemies heads...is a witch face with conical hat. LMAO! This gun is amazing. EVERYTHING about it is amazing - the look, the talent, the particle effect, the sound... It's really strong, but the tiny mag size is a great balancer; even with mag size attributes on the gun and from brand/gear sets, the max is probably only in the 50-something range. Hopefully they don't nerf it.

I love the talent of Striga, although it'll prob get nerfed before release. I'm just not a fan of the FAL or personally like the way this looks. Would have loved to see an Exotic G36C, G36 Enhanced or Military G36. Would like to see an Exotic CTAR too. Wishful thinking. Let's go S2!

True Patriot, or like any other brand set specialized in crowd control, could go great for this gun! I mean True Patriot isn't the best example, as you need to build those flag stacks before the target dies, but its still funny to think of a target getting weakened and taking more damage from the gun itself, and then taking even more damage from the explosion. Beside, Patriot also nerfs the damage of the enemy, and buffs the damage you do to it! I really wanna test this gun out when it comes to the public.

@@NuNoX- you’re right it is lower but not much and you get better sustained damage with 60 rounds as opposed to 40. It’s a dps option that I don’t see all that often. Everyone focuses on “damage number bigger” and all that. I’m just saying it’s a thing you can do. That and obliterate on the chest will help compensate for it a little bit. If you get a brazos chest with obliterate give it a shot with picaro’s it works pretty damn well

I’m really really excited to get my hands on this. If it releases unchanged from the PTS, I can see this AR working pretty damn well with my 6 blue memento striker I’ve been running, as I always get very up close and personal to every enemy, those marks are gonna spread like a wildfire. Only real “drawback” is the smaller magazine compared to other options, but fuck, it would’ve been disgusting if it was even “just” a 50 round mag, let alone a 60 or 70

take a peak at the backfire rework. it should in theory be a buff since less stacks and more crit on each stack. a like 70-80 hazi proc/bleed proc is about what you aim for and also maxing crit chance. pre change with something like that, a body shot at like 50 stacks was about 600k-800k (cant remember exactly)

What are your thoughts about the Strega in in Conflict ? I went on the PTS to DZ, tested it, and it exposes and marks Yaahl,System Corruption 100% Pulse builds, just shooting NPC's. I see that problematic, especially, when it comes to Conflict. You don't even need to run a HW perma Pulse. It just needs 1 kill to mark all other opponents. 1 gun kills atleast 3 PvP Builds.

I think on-kill talents in PVP typically deserve to be strong, given you're missing the bonus for that initial fight- which could be a significant disadvantage depending on your opponent and their build. And especially since it had a 20m range limit, I think it's perfectly fine for Conflict (haven't personally tested it yet, though). Fighting within a landmark in the DZ with players around is another story though, that could get out of hand. Haven't had any PVP action in the PTS yet though

My concerns are, with the Strega in combination with the new exo Holster, it will become way to unhealthy, without reduced PvP modifiers for the "Unnerve" Talent. 100% Pulse Res. Builds already giving up a lot of Damage, for the element of surprise, that this gun just takes away to easy for my taste, plus the 45% amplified Damage, it gives you in the best case in conflict, you can't even counter it anymore, as the last Player standing, marked with 3 stacks from it. Just my thought. We will see how it turns out. Appreciate your Content, enjoying your Conflict plays. Keep up man.

Did you see the massive buff to Ongoing Directive’s chest piece talent? I don’t think Ridgeways should be replacing a gear piece that’s bumping amplified damage from 25% to 50%.

Dear Ubisoft: I would like to suggest an alternative, or perhaps an addition, to your proposed approach to weapon balancing. From the outside, it appears that your general philosophy of weapon balancing is to decrease the difference between the best weapons and the worst weapons. Even if that is not the primary goal, when you nerf the best and buff the others, that is the result. This reduces the impact that a player's skills and play style have on their success and makes their weapon choice within a specific weapons group (e.g. Assault rifles) less important. I believe that most players want their gear choices, skills, and play style to be the dominant factor in that success, more so than just gear specifications. I have 4 specific suggestions and one more general - Do not implement range-based damage as one of the seasonal modifiers. You have simpler and better ways to implement this concept. - Dramatically increase the effects that stability and accuracy have on a weapon. Using an SMG (e.g. Ouroborus) you can do huge damage at 5m. At 25m that weapon should be spraying rounds all over the place with a VERY small hit rate. Currently, I can get about 70% of the Ouroborus' maximum damage at 25m. That is unreasonable. - Make Critical Hit Chance range based. If your SMG build has a 60% CHC, that should be the CHC value at 5m. At 25m the CHC for SMGs should be dramatically less. By implementing this plus an increase in the effects of accuracy and stability, you are making the players more responsible for the damage they do instead of the gear. - Damage dropoff should be linear or curved with max damage done at point blank range and reduced as range increases. A sudden dropoff in damage at a specific range really makes no sense. - One of the guiding principles of weapon design should be to maximize a player's ability to improve the effectiveness of a weapon through play style rather than simply by adding mods or getting better gear. One simple example of this is used in other popular games…accuracy and stability should be adjusted depending on the position of the player. In cover (on one knee) both accuracy and stability should be at their max levels. Standing should reduce them, and movement should dramatically reduce them. Instead of forcing slower movement while scoped in, just reduce accuracy and stability even further.

Your content is highly entertaining and informative, and I greatly appreciate your efforts. Today I logged on to see what you had produced insofar as PTS updates, and realized I wasn't subscribed. That has been rectified. I hope and pray that the development team at Ubi and Massive have learned lessons from their recent abysmal failures (doubtful, this crowd seems impervious to facts and evidence). My concern is that unless some Alpha male Chads are added to their current lineup, the devision in Division 3 is going to center around the trans SHD agents fighting the patriarchal cis white male hunters. I'm as eager to have political ideology as a centerpiece of my gaming experience as I am a prostate exam from a doctor with acromegaly. Leave that shit out, I'm good. Make entertainment entertaining, not a portal of indoctrination.

@@RogueGold I did some digging after posting. It’s the Ravenous. I heard via another tuber that in the PTS it’s full auto! I haven’t gotten it yet as it’s in iron lung and I haven’t done that yet. Need to read up on it. Not super fond of raid mechanics. Learned to dislike them in WOW years ago. **edit**. You are correct. The Dr. Home. Wanting to get away from St Elmo’s. Running a crazy non green build with 3 pcs Gila and 3 pcs of that new camper tent gear… with the orange/red color. It’s half blue(regen/aok) half red(cr ch/cr dmg/wel hndl) Nose solo build. Haven’t tried it in legendary.

New Incursion isn't confirmed, and if it's real I don't see it dropping until Year 7 content. The Strega will most likely be in the Season Pass 👍
