everyone complains about dead silence.. which i think is pretty much about where it should be.. lasts a limited time, isnt found everywhere, etc. but we have no counter ( unless they arent ghosted, and show up on hearbeat) we have claymores, proximity mines, thats about it, and Prox mines are WAY way to slow to be really useful, THOSE things need a buff in time/response to player movement, by about half. but, i digress. to counter Dead Silence ( and crouch walking/ads crouch, etc ), we could deploy " broken glass".. you can have 2 "bags" or boxes, whatever, of "broken glass". you deposit them on stairs, a hallway, bottom of a ladder, etc. any player/squad who walks on it can be heard, loudly, by ONLY the deploying player or his/her team, for say 10-12 seconds. it then dissipates. and, just like claymores, prox mines, as long as its deployed and you dont die, its always "active". i think this would be the perfect counter to the complaints about dead silence. i LIKE dead silence, but, with no counter for it, you feel like you are at too serious a disadvantage. so you can have semtex, claymores, etc, OR, " broken glass".. a non lethal counter to dead silence OR just for making any player crouch walking, ADS crouch walking, etc, footsteps as loud as if they were running at you. it takes up a LETHAL spot in your arsenal, so you cant double dip with this AND say prox mines, claymore, etc. i think it makes a good balance, and if in a squad, one or more can carry this, while other carry explosives. thoughts??

Hey I don't have all mine just keep it in rebirth or close range and you can likely make use of it still. Or just if you have multi-player play a couple on hard-core or something I did nuketown/skyjacked during 2xp for weapons on the weekend and it wasn't too bad and I only play like 1 or 2 days a week or I'm sure it wouldn't take you too long
