Clothing stats. My bottom skill reduces chakra jump charge time and my accessory reduces it further when my health is full

That’s crazy! I feel like every player should be able to move like that…like without the skills and accessories though. Makes it more source accurate. But then they’d probably have to make the Maps bigger to balanced things out.

The not so obvious answer, I believe, is that the survey we took earlier this year had questions about how often we’d like to see dlc, ninjutsu, etc more. So to accommodate that, they’ll give us 4 characters instead of 3, along with the ninjutsu packs. The obvious answer is to squeeze more money out of us. They are making summoning animals a main part of the monthly rotations (along with characters and ninjutsu) but unlike dlc and ninjutsu packs, the animals will go through the scroll system.
