Gonna drop some character lore on the ones in this vid. Mona is the child of two rich parents, with one assumed to be a modeler. They often travel overseas for their jobs however, so as a result Mona usually has to take a variety of jobs to maintain and she often feels quite lonely as a result. She also has a crush on Wario. Dr. Crygor is actually more human than robot. The design he took on in GiT is actually what he really looks like. The other half of his head and robot limbs are really just addons he can seemingly take off or replace. Ashley never really remembered her parents. She doesn't know who they were or what they looked like. It was always Red as her caretaker (heck sometimes its Red that makes the microgames). Deep down she feels profusely lonely. Mona wants to be closer friends to Ashley due to their similarities of never seeing their parents. Ashley does also appear to be one of Nintendo's poster children. Seriously she's EVERYWHERE in the Nintendo 3DS. She got 3 menu themes, the Badge Arcade she has a lot of variants. Orbulon has known and watched over our earth for 2,000 years. Heck, now as of Move It!, it appears like Orbulon could be a descendant or relative to the Voice. Perhaps Orbulon's godlike?Or the Voice was an alien treated like a god due to miraculous powers? Kat and Ana are one of the last remaining members of the Iga Clan. Also this might be important, but I believe their names are derived of some sort of weapon. Uhh what was it.. sword? Halberd? Scimitar?

That Orbulon theory seems pretty sound if you remember his appearance in Smooth Moves when he was a big fan of old temples, and then the temple he invaded started to fly… The Voice also loves temples as he wants the islanders to build him one, obviously.

8:18 Here to drop the Warioware lore! Joe the Dog is indeed the guy Mona worked for at Mona’s Pizza! But, as Mona has continued to partake in other professions, Joe appears there as well from time to time, doing odd jobs that the plot demands. In Warioware Gold, for example, he was a clerk at a clothing shop Mona went to so she could get a party dress.

I've said it before and I'll say it again but WarioWare is the second best use case for motion controls. Smooth Moves was a goddamn masterpiece of a party game, hopefully this new one has some great multiplayer party modes. (And hopefully at the age of 34 I can get a group of friends together to play it.)
