What a video Andy! My mentor at alpha dropship told me that I should start with a general store first, test multiple products then build a one product store around the winning product. What’s your opinion on that?

Hey Andy Great video, I'm new here and subscribed, thank you for the tips. I remember doing dropshipping in around 2022 only with paid ads and that stuff was painful. Starting with organic traffic might actually be the best way to go and as you said I also believe that branded dropshipping is a game changer. I have one question though, how can you brand and ship the products at the very start of the business. Any service you know that could help with this?
@andystauringКүн бұрын
Thanks a bunch! I'd recommend doing the most you can to launch with a MVP (minimum viable product), so look into a fulfillment service for faster shipping. Once you gain proof of concept and you can ensure the product is working, (go all in and invest your profits) to working direct with an agent, custom packaging, ordering in higher quantities... the whole nine yards

Hey , do you do any type of mentoring and teaching outside of youtube ? I have been trying drop shipping for a while now and set up 2 stores that failed. I'm trying to figure out what exactly I need to change and I really could use some guidance . Thanks .

Do you think I should first build a dropshipping store, or start with a branded one. Or should I only make a store branded if it is doing good
@andystauringКүн бұрын
I'd say try to gain proof of concept with a product from the beginning. So build your store, test a product and see if you can get sales and if it'll be worth investing time and energy to fully brand it

How do you actually brand it? I use aliexpress products on my Shopify store and it just ships the products with the Aliexpress store’s labels.
@andystauring12 сағат бұрын
You work direct with agents/manufactures that will provide the service for you, then you find designers that can mock up packaging

How do you deal with customers complaints?
@andystauring2 күн бұрын
Depends on what stage you're at in the process, ideally you want to do everything you can to reduce them (improve product quality, faster shipping etc). As far as dealing with them, you can either hire VA's from upwork, fiverr, online jobsph, do it yourself and answer emails. But just keep in mind it's better to keep the customer satisfied IF they are mad about something that they should actually be mad about lol, than to keep their money and have them write a bad review.

Is ads needed for dropshipping?
@andystauring2 күн бұрын
Paid ads aren't necessary but they expedite the process and allow you to gain that first mover's advantage, versus posting organically to go viral and get ppl to your website (free method)

Please tell me what budget required for facebook ads
@andystauring2 күн бұрын
Depends on a lot of factors (product price, audience size, competition...), a good starting point is $50 per day and run that for a week or so to test different ads and audiences. From there, analyze the performance and scale based on what’s working (measuring KPI's - ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR...)

Hi Andy ,nice to see a humble experienced man here offering golden value in less than 20 mins.. i am starting this online commerce , and i already see inspiration in this first video that i've just watched. and also subscribed 2 ur channel. i see that you are fair-play and value your audience, replying to all . i will take advantage of this, and i will ask you how do you do DS or branded DS, if you have your company established in EU, how do you target people, do we need LLC in US or some other "tricks" ? Do you also have a discord channel or smth? i want to follow your every step, i like you, you resonate with what we people want. I think you will create a good community ! God bless you !
@andystauringКүн бұрын
I do try my best haha, community is everything... smth I'm working to build! The beauty with the model is that you can be anywhere in the world (as you are the middle man) and sell products from your website to where you'd like to target. There is no real difference of where you operate the business (other than tax implications) so you can target who ever you'd liek since your supplier will be holding and shipping the product for you. As far as the community... it's coming sooooon

@@andystauring Bro, I moved to Germany as a child, so I identify myself as German since that’s my mother tongue. But the other half of my life was spent in Eastern Europe. With more languages, you turn into a different type of human, so I really don’t feel connected to any of my roots, hehe. Your name sounds German or Austrian. My sister, for example, learned Korean and some Japanese, so she has more of an Asian lifestyle. What I’ve discovered is that it doesn’t matter anymore where your roots are but rather what shapes you and langauge is such an imoportant part of this
