No, it shouldn’t depending on how you setup your Campaign. If you’re using Lookalike Audience in your CBO it won’t affect your ABO Your ABO keeps helping you generate social proof and engagement

Depends on the kind of lookalike audience you are creating. If it's lookalike of video views, page engagement then you won't need pixel unless you're creating a lookalike off people that have visited your website. Note: It's always advisable you install pixel on your Website. And regarding the second question: you can create your Lookalike audience anytime but the audience will only be populated after your campaign is on

For phase 2, since you are still setting the budget on the Ads level Use the same amount like you do in phase #1 For phase #3 the reason it'll be higher is because you're not setting budget separately in the Ad set, you're setting just one budget at the campaign level Hope you understand?

If you watched the video, I stated 5 things you need to put in place before you start thinking of scaling. One of the rules is, you don't scale Zero So if you've everything intact and have gotten some conversions then yes you can.
