I've had this album since '92, used to jam to it when going to school for my degree, so many great artists, Donald Fagan's performance is among my personal favorites......

Some really funky bass work on both songs. And good pick up on the rhytym guitar parts on green flower st, some great work there.

The Temptations recorded Shakey Ground in the mid 70’s, I think. Delbert McClinton, who you might not know, has a great live version of this song. The video is a bit grainy but the audio is pretty good. Those Fagen solo albums have so many great songs. Yes, it was Jackie Wilson in 1958 who recorded Lonely Teardrops. Michael on lead vocals does a nice job, I’m sure you’ll like it. ✌️
