I want to dare to say this is second to instant classics. It's close to their ballad level, but because NF4 was the "comic" quartet, it has much more meaning when they pull a ballad.

Watching this again, seeing Joey and Ryan being 100% in the moment hits me more since the announcement of Ryan having to back out. It's absolutely understandable, but "Li'l Wiz" will absolutely be missed from the ensemble. Just... please don't stop singing!

For me, this is one of their best performances and their best ballad by far. You can hear the improvement from their previous year singing this song. They beautifully delivered this heart wrenching performance with their all. Sure, the quiver and emotion made this performance not perfect, but those make the performance even better cause you can hear that they were singing this song from their heart. Getting hooked on by their comedy performances, I forget how great they are too when singing a more serious song. You'll forever be missed, The Newfangled Four. My own cottage for sale...

well they don't say "our", but the song certainly seems to be about a person looking at their old property that is now for sale, after driving away the person they shared it with. As long as you get what they're saying I'm pretty sure you get all the emotions they try to convey with this song

There are too many awesome parts in this, but I think the most beautiful unappreciated part (based on the KZbin comments) is the tenor leap up on "for" right at 2:23 is gorgeous!!! Obviously 3:11 is simply the best, but I also love the synchronization of the blends throughout. LOVE the arrangement!
