@@Captain_Spaulding_01 oh sorry, I misread the original comment. They might fit some Glock holsters that accept a WML. But every holster company a slightly different than one another. You would definitely have better luck with a P80 holster. Hopefully more companies will start making SCT holsters soon

Although I love the Gucci and colorful builds this is the way to go for me and my style. Absolutely a job well done my man. Just a tip the aim surplus guys are incredible and their slides are truly top notch. I would strongly strongly strongly recommend one of their slides for your next project. ❤

@@tacticaltrashpanda oh, and because of your previous video a while back when you got the SCT 19 and you picked up the arcane tactical magwell. I had to do that build tomorrow. I have a threaded barrel coming in and it will be all done but this will definitely be my next build and I think I’m definitely going for the 34 top ported slide with a top ported barrel 11 pound spring and polish all my internals and probably 3.5 trigger pull after I’m done.

funny that I just got my SCT17 frame yesterday and I've set it up very similarly. I'm just waiting on the SCT brand SCT17 magwell and contemplating replacing the trigger with an Overwatch Precision.

Just make sure your trigger shoe is an actual gen 3 and not a narrow gen 5.

@@dgunn2817 just make sure they send you the correct trigger shoe. My last OWP came with a gen 3 trigger bar and a gen 5 trigger shoe

I just received my 17 and threw a nice 34 slide on it as well. Going to range tomorrow. Sad to see no magwells out there yet but that may be an issue for my XL hands anyway. I was thinking the 17 would have a longer grip. My pinky is hanging over the bottom of the grip. Kinda shocked me actually. May look for a longer frame if it pisses me off enough.

Looks really good dude! Really wish there was enough material for gen4/5 slides. It’s pretty sad Strike couldn’t release their serialized 19’s let alone a 17 size frame. I’ve really switched the last year or so mainly shooting the larger 17 sized frames whereas I used to be strictly a 19 guy.

I wonder why the Glock 24 is 0.040" longer than the 17L. I really would have expected it to be the identical length, because that's usually how Glocks work. They want you to be able to share holsters and stuff like that.

I haven’t tested their magwell. I definitely love my Arcane Tactical magwell on the SCT19. It didn’t fit the 17 but I let AT know about it. He may have a solution for it in the works!

so if u wanted the 34 slide to work on the sct19 u would have to just find the right barrel has to have glock 19 locking lugs. i tried to put my Gen 4 on my sct cuz the slide hasnt came in yet.. someone correct me if im wrong i got my slide on but wif no barrel

I believe the gen 5 barrel lug for the 17/34 is compatible with the 19. You might need a spacer for the recoil spring though.

I don’t believe it does. Locking blocks are different. I know with the gen 5 Glocks the 19 and 17 have the same locking block so I might work in those. Not positive though.

No, you can only do that with the gen 5 frames unfortunately

Anyone else having a issue with the mag release? It wont release an empty/full magazine. Ordered a extend mag release which I hope fixes the problem because I love the frame.

Yes! That was one of the first things I replaced! Fixed the issue right away!
