The newly updated Elba Sara hotel, Fuertaventura Spain . May 7th 2024

Glad to see this hotel has been upgraded and improved! I was here in October 2023 and thought it tired and in dire need of a refurbish, especially the restaurant - dingy, dark and unwelcoming last year - but what a vast improvement for 2024, bright and modern, and gone are the dim lights! Bedrooms seem to have had a light refresh too which is good. Thanks for the review, very useful.

Thank you. I am 80 am not sure if I will get to the Elba Sara again. After a coreal transplant I am hoping I will be back here soon. Probably my 12th visit. I do lots of "heavy liftng" holidays but this is my holiday where I just am looked after. Just eat, drink and walk miles next to the Atlantic Ocean. Any one looking for a relaxing, well fed hotel go to the Elba Sara.

We stopped in the Elba Carlota next door, and it was horrendous.. I wondered what Sara was like, so now I know. Thank you, I'm impressed with your recommendations.

@@taffyowen4631 thank you, as it happens we met a couple that had stayed at the Carlota and they were telling us how much better the Elba Sara was as you actually join a community there. Having kept in touch we know that they have already booked for next year, we have booked for next September and a young couple with two children have just rebooked for next July. What can’t speak can’t lie 😎 Stay safe & happy holidays.

Went to costa calma h10 tindaya this year. Nice hotel but i preferred the elbas atmosphere. Also the area is much nicer in caleta !! Thanks for the new video!!!

Good question, I have never found the wind to be over powering, in fact I rely on the breeze to keep me from over heating as I am not a sun worshiper or a lover of extreme heat.

Is it me or is the hotel basically empty ? Very surprising for time of year ?
