The youths are the future. From the day them born, we as level headed parents and grandparents should be ensuring the youths success. We need to take on the mentality of, “If youth win, we did our part, so we also win,” and generations to come will be in that win win situation of prosperity that we covet. We can train better teachers and allow free movement of students to study in Caribbean and African universities, a more technical oriented high school system, so when a youth graduates, they have immediate skills to enter the labour force or continue education or both, then the future is bright. When they return from studying, give them opportunities such as low interest, guaranteed loans to start businesses with little payback penalties or employment in their field of study. An open annual forum event is need so that can be a tool for fundraising for scholarships and grants for the less advantaged bright students. Jamaica must pursue the true independence as a new republic free from colonial rule. The education of the people today, will a better and prosperous society of the future, A Super Jamaica, land we love. 🇯🇲

I’m happy for the new priceSmart place in portmore. However, I suspect they’ll engage in the same dutty business practices it’s predecessors have. Namely, enact a discriminatory hiring policy; that marginalizes Jamaican males, in preference for females. So much ghetto youths that I know in Kingston 13 and Kingston 12 are leading a life of badness, not so much by choice. But by circumstance. Some business nah go hire yuh due to your address, another because you’re a man. You can pass all your subjects in school, with the highest honors -- only to get past on, because you don’t have a pum-pum . I’ve seen it!!! With so many of mi breddrin dem. I hope, but highly doubt PriceSmart will be any different. Just another prejudice instrument placed in the ghetto by Babylon regime. I hope I’m wrong about them though.
