I think for the Black Ops series, it should follow the Zombies path. Nikolai, Dempsey, Richtofen and Masaki. Following the storyline from all the zombies and eventually transferring into the newer games

The Zombies story and Path is too complicated to be a movie, and will need a massive budget for a show The normal Campaign would be way easier And can grab lots of viewers as I don’t think everyone would like a Lovecraft-ish story about 4 soldiers from WW2 going back and forth in time and traveling through dimensions while fighting hordes of zombies. Yet everyone would enjoy a story about the Cold War

Honestly, I'd prefer Call of Duty to do movies rather than TV shows. Each OG Modern Warfare game could be its own 2-3 hour film. Movies allow for much bigger budgets and especially with the right director, there's a higher chance it would turn out decent in my opinion

if we take a look at the mw reboot’s campaigns, it’s honestly a perfect fit for a show. they’ve got random cliffhangers, they kill off random characters, and the villains don’t really do anything crazy because the writers have apparent corporate standards to keep up with, and tbh the reboot campaigns feel more like im watching a show rather than playing a cod campaign anyway
