I’ve lost 55 pounds, 8 pant sizes, and feel amazing! Most of how I did it was by looking at my diet and exercise routine from a numbers standpoint and just making small changes that would result in significant changes over a year’s worth of time like- Diet: -Switching from drinking 3 regular sodas per day to zero calorie versions (3000 in weekly calorie savings) -Not eating high calorie ice cream pints which were almost 1300 calories per pint. -Eating more protein when eating fast food instead of empty calories from French fries, noodles, rice, etc. Exercise: -Low impact activities that I can do 7 days per week without feeling stressed such as walking or riding a stationary bike. I used my Apple Watch to keep track of my steps and would walk around malls, Costco, and other larger stores where you don’t even notice that you are walking. In the mornings I do a 20-30 minute stationary bike ride. Together that amounted to around 400-500 calories burned per day -Weight training all muscle groups one day per week.

I have been working hard on giving up an addiction (not related to consumption but I think you can guess it eventually). She and I definitely learned a lot from each other. Not a healer but I introduced her to healers (chiropractors). The cycle between us does feel repetitive and she chose to cut me off. Other people did question my connection with her and told me what we could do. She and I do have perfectionist tendencies but now I am more care-free. Financial stuff is something she did want to improve when she cut me off. I see the word 'Door', which is a song by an artist called Caroline Polachek that she introduced me to. Not sure if this is for me or not. Yeah, I have been working on my health. Yeah, I need to work on my body more. It's a process is all I can say. I make 2 steps forward and 1 step back, but I am trying. Yep, my old beliefs are dying for sure. I think different and feel different and I would argue better...A LOT better. I am happier. I am more understanding. I am more open to other ideas. Yep, I did want to be a doctor. Yep, I used to self-sabotage. My diet is good. The doctor is kinda amazed at it. I do make mistakes from time to time...but I am doing better than most of my life. A lot of what I need to do is lower my fat intake, treat my hypothyroidism, make sure I am very well-hydrated, exercise daily (not occasionally), and get on a good medication regime. Yeah, I am attached to some toxic people and I need to reduce that attachment. Following your heart is very important. Such good advice. Accepting someone for who they are is sometimes difficult, but if you want them in your life...eventually you must accept them for who they are...even the shadows. Accepting my own shadows has been very very hard, but needed. That way I can watch out for when my shadow sides are emerging and I can keep it from hurting the ones I love. Oh dear, I am poor as shit. LOL. Awe...look at the family. The star, the son of pentacles, reunion, dedication, loving man that rules his emotions with his mind (yes), (awe so much sadness), Gemini. If you feel unhealthy, start fasting. The weight will melt off. Make sure your vitamins and mineral levels are good before attempting. Intermittent fasting 5-7 days a week. One longer fast once a month up to four days. Drink nothing, i mean nothing but water. Prayers on your healing journey
