I'm now on my 4th Corvette, I had a C5 Z06, a C6 Grand Sport, a C7 Z51 car, and currently have a C7 Grand Sport. All of them have been a blast to drive, manual versions of any would be a great platforms to work from. If you get one of the Grand Sport models, they come with staggered wheel sizes, with wide rear tires. That's my current GS as my icon.

A Corvette would be absolutely perfect for Tim. They absolutely rip, especially for the money. Easy to work on and can take a pounding. They sound amazing and there’s tons of aftermarket parts for them. The vet Luke, one of the old Hoonigan guys had would be perfect. Would annihilate tires and sound awesome! Would drift, be a reliable block beater, and a nice car to drive on the streets on a budget compared to other exotic cars. It’s so easy to make crazy HP with an LS, especially on a budget.
