A stroke of genius, isn't it? Launch the Legendary Edition, with all the games from that beautiful trilogy remastered and with all the DLCs. And on top of that free to play in Xbox Game Pass. You've managed to attract new fans like me and revive old ones, all in preparation for a game that must return to its origins after going to another Galaxy. I can only hope that this game, as well as the next Dragon Age, live up to expectations. After turbulent years, it's what BioWare needs. Who knows though, it could be something entirely different like a new pc while keeping some elements from the trailer. This game is not just a game for me, maybe it is for the developers and people at bioware, definitely for ea but not for me. Stories have power. Since the beggining of humanity we tell stories, they make us feel good and bad and all sorts of feelings. They change our thoughts, even shape our personality. And for me Shepard's story is special. In the worst times of my life her strenght, her determination, her hope pulled me out of my darkness, still does. Maybe it's silly, I don't know but whenever I feel overwhelmed, depressed or exhausted, I think of Shepard and tell myself, she shouldered the weight of the galaxy, fought like hell to give them a chance to survive. Compared to that what you're going through is nothing, get it together. It helps. So bioware, devs, I thank you for telling me her story and letting me turn it into my story. I don't know where you'll go with this next game. Whatever you do will never effect my view on the original trilogy, that was, maybe I'm exaggerating but, a life changing experience. Just finished Legendary Edition on PS5. I haven't had the pleasure of playing this iconic game before, although I remember the hype among my peers when I was a teenager. Today I am a mature player and traveling through the vastness of space together with a select company of heroes, exploring all the secrets of each part of Mass Effect was an epic experience for me. Great game, one of the best I've ever played. This trailer gives hope for a return to those wonderful moments. I’ve just played through the legendary edition again & I’m almost certain Shepard will be coming back & this game will take place after the destroy ending where Shepard lives. If you look closely at the original compared to the legendary edition a small change was made, when Shepard takes the breath showing he’s alive in the original the background consists of smoke, however in the legendary edition this has been changed to snow…just like the planet Liara has now found an N7 armour piece. I think theres a high possibility that the destroy ending happened. But i think another possibility would be the ending where Shepard rejects making any choice. Allowing the reapers and the the allied forces to wage war against each other. But imo, Mass Effect 4 should start by letting us choose which ending we picked and have the story go from there. That seems like the real mass effect way to start the game.

@@thequestion8697 that won’t happen. If Shepard doesn’t choose our cycle will be wiped out, they can’t beat the Reapers in a straight up fight. The control ending can’t happen because what possible threat could they create when Shepard controls the Reapers and synthesis is literally called the peak of evolution with everything being perfect. The only ending with any stories to be told is the destroy ending, most likely with the leviathans as the new big bad.

TBH I liked Andromeda, the gameplay is 100% better than the first ones for sure ,from skills to animations....The story is not the best but it still reminded me of mass effect 1.... except instead of you playing and experiencing the world building, in andromeda you are involved in the world building.
