This looks like a multiverse-type racer game so… I hope to god that they don’t do what Prime did and make new versions of these character that aren’t that interesting, I just wanna see different preexisting versions of these characters like Movie Sonic, or Boom Sonic racing with each other, that’s it.

I think this is a mixture of Riders, and Sega Racing. Maybe Sega character ls aren't there day one, but I think there's gonna be a lot more characters here, especially if they work with IDW and Movies or even Prime. The main gimmick is gonna be changing themes mid race and having Riders gear like bikes in Mario Kart, but more

The argument that Sonic shouldn't be driving a kart and he should be racing on foot has always been dumb to me. It's a spin-off kart racing game. I even saw people come up with kinda similar arguments about Nickelodeon Kart Racers and Disney Speedstorm. I used to see comments like, "wHy iS sPoNeBob dRiViNg a bOaT wHeN hE doEsNt hAVe hIs bOaTinG lIcEnSe ? 🤓" or "WHy aRe tHe rUgRatS dRiviNg ? ThEY'rE bABies 🤓." That's ironic af because Mario Kart literally has baby characters in it. For Disney Speedstorm, I saw someone say it doesn't make sense for Hercules to be driving a car since cars don't really exist in his timeline. My whole thing is why does it make all the sense in the world for Mario characters to be racing each other in karts ? If we're going by that logic, shouldn't the Mario characters just grab a bunch of stars and race each other on foot too, then ? Better yet, why don't each of them just hop on a Yoshi's back and race each other like that. You never hear people come up with these sort of arguments for the Mario characters, but it's just so strange for gamers as to why the Sonic characters, Nickelodeon characters, and Disney characters are racing each other in karts. It all just comes off as weird nitpicking.

And Sonic racing games have started with Sonic in a car with Sonic Drift and Sonic Drift 2. Sonic R had a good majority of characters on foot, but Eggman and even Amy drove in some kind of vehicle in that game.

Im disappointed with the dlc. Cutscene heavy Keanu sounds unenthusiastic thanks to poor direction, he was probably too expensive and they didn't have time for extra takes. No boss Cant play the skin outside of that one level Way too short The collectibles aren't anything to write home about The extra balloon and ring collection missions were pretty lame and easy And a personal nitpic i was hoping for a bike reference of some sort, a line, an easter egg never mind a mini game gimmick. Oh well. *shrug*

I have my expectations for this game very low I did not like Team Sonic Racing at all the Mechanics were mid and the Story was mid too if I want to play an actual good racing game I would rather play MarioKart 8 Deluxe
