After paying the 500 acceptance fee, would you need to pay full tuition before given the i20 form? And also the bank statement, I believe should have your full tuition fee in it right?

I just received my first admission without funding,they have given me a deadline of 10days to accept, am waiting on other universities i had applied to, once i accept,is it a done deal if i accept,does it mean i forfeit other potential offers from other universities incase am admited
