Love the reaction! This song came out a few months before he proposed to his wife. He has very few love songs. The other one besides this and Bullet is Got You on My Mind which is the most underrated in my opinion. That one was much earlier in their relationship.

Appreciate u taking the time to go back and check out his other stuff. Many say that they plan to but hardly ever do. U are finding out that the journey isn't just all of his best songs...the dude is insanely consistent with the quality he puts out. Its obvious he puts so much into his craft. He is so good at emotionally connecting to the listener that u wonder sometimes if he his creating process includes at some point like 50 random people in a room where a possible song for an album will play so he can find out if it connects or not...lol. obviously he doesn't but his consistency is mind blowing

It’s fun covering the balance of NF’s album tracks. Are you considering covering his pre signing tracks? My favorite amateur Nat is probably “Until I Die” on his Moments album. You will see one of his influences right away😎 in his teen years. Released in 2010 he was 19.

since u like NF u might like Witt Lowry or Sik World. For Witt I would start with Last Letter, and Sik I Can’t Believe That I Died. they curse but it doesn’t take away from the lyricism. Just a recommendation but I rly like them so u might too ✌️
