First and foremost, a huge thank you to Doreen for allowing Andrew into your beautiful home. I see a lot of people talking about how expensive it is. I looks like Doreen and family have made priorities to allow those things to happen in their lives. What a beautiful warn and welcoming home you have! What a wonderful host in Doreen. Great video great people all the best! BTW she has exquisite taste in MARATHON Baby! Sorry jus a bit of a Marathon fan boy!

Thanks Andrew and Doreen! This really tugged at my heart and made me miss my "second home" that I no longer have, so I don't get to visit Port St. Lucie and Stuart anymore. I do have a lot of fond memories of the times that I did spend at our condo in Stuart and then Port St. Lucie several years ago, but times have changed and we are following a new path now. Thanks Andrew for bringing up some good memories that I buried deep inside to forget, which are ones that I should remember and keep close to my heart. Life is short and things happen in the blink of an eye to make situations change.

There are numerous ones like this in the greater Palm Springs Valley area. The people who have this kind of enjoyment either have a large 401k or they have a business they can Expense It Off. Personally I think it's better than a timeshare, as you don't hear Too Many people investing in timeshares anymore. Also in a lot of the newer developments throughout Southern California and I'm sure other states, a lot of the new homes Have extra wide RV side yards, and they trick their side yards to look a lot like this without the pool. They have a spa waterfall Casita, outdoor kitchen Etc and they can use their motorhome park next to their home as a guest house or a granny flat. The state of California just okayed granny flats and guest houses in all homes throughout the state of California.

Why not buy your own property, build your own RV site, with any kind of house and garage you want? No HOA fees, no goofy managers telling what you can and can not do, no tennis courts or golf holes because you don't do those things? Think about it.
@NoGasWelcomeAboard5 жыл бұрын
The title of this video should’ve been “The nicest Luxury Motorcoach RV Resort site I have ever seen”. While it may be “nice” to have a $2mil coach and $500k site, one could get into this lifestyle for the same $1,000/mo with an older luxury coach (maybe $100k) in “pride of ownership” shape and a basic $75k back-of-the-resort lot.
@rvlotsalespecialist5 жыл бұрын
There are many coaches in the resort that are much less than 2 million dollars. I think Andrew was referring to the price tag to purchase a new one. The one in the video is a 2006 and in "pride of ownership" condition.

RV Legal Eagle & Paws A little harsh there RV Legal. I believe I remember quite a few videos of RV resorts in South Dakota that are very modest for any RV lifestyle. You should be happy their are people that buy these types of rigs and houses, most of them are business owners that have worked extremely hard in life AND provided JOBS for thousands of people to live a good life. Don’t be a hater on these people and especially on Andrew for showing us this content. Keep showing more like this Andrew, it’s my goal to have all of this in life and I love seeing it!

@@legaleagleandpaws8198 RV Legal Eagle & Paws, it is obvious you feel life has "trickled down on you". The people that he/she gives jobs to risk nothing. They earn their pay and nothing else.
