They don't form part of the Yoruba tribe, the are a distinct tribe made up of people primarily found in the Volta region in southeastern Ghana,south western part of Benin and a small population in southwestern region of nigeria(Most of Whom are settled in Badagry)

Thank you for the information. But a lot of things are wrong. 1. In Nigeria, there is no tribe or language called "EGUN" They are called "OGU" . You can call the "Ogunu" or "Gunu" 2. The language they speak is "OGUGBE" or "GUGBE" 3. In Ogun State, they are located in Ipokia Local Government area. In such places as: Whekan Jihome Whekan Soke Whekan Tọpa Tube Ijofin Maun Iguu Guthe Idiroko Etc
